Introduction to Insight Meditation: Transforming Reactivity through Presence

Mindful presence is about being radically awake in one's life. Insight Meditation is a 2500 year old practice of learning to recognize and respond from the innate wisdom and love that is available in each moment. This day will include instructions, seated meditation, teachings, and questions and answer periods.
