Mindfulness Based Coaching
Mindfulness based coaching is an opportunity to work directly on integrating your mindfulness practice into daily life and become more empowered in living from your most deeply held values and beliefs. Coaching offers one-on-one support to inquire into what truly leads to the deepest possible happiness and freedom that the wisdom traditions have pointed to over the millennia. Once values and goals are clarified sessions will focus around practically implementing tools to live a life of deep meaning and purpose. Coaching is offered via phone, Skype and in person.
