As a Therapist and Teacher of Meditation, my approach to therapy blends cutting edge evidence based treatment in Western psychology with age-old theory and practice from wisdom traditions. I blend Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Emotion Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Neuroscience, with principles and practices from Buddhist Psychology, Yoga and Non Dual Traditions.   


As a mindfulness and somatic based therapist, I support my clients to access their unique innate internal process towards health, happiness and the deepest possible freedom and well being. My approach is to co-create a safe and supportive environment to explore the habitual patterns that block this natural movement towards health bringing the habitual pattern to resolution and ultimately leading to more joyful and fullfilling live. 


I have been practicing mindfulness meditation and yoga since 2000 and working in the field of mental health since 2005. My experience and training includes working with relationship issues, life transitions, trauma and stress, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and fears, disordered eating, sexual difficulties and exploration and personal growth.
